Download the Test Guides and pay particular attention to the English Subject Matter Requirements. Virtually all the content in the test is outlined on these 8 pages. I read it through, underlined all the terms and topics, then looked them all up on Wikipedia and cut and pasted together my own study guide. Using this strategy, I feel very confident that I passed.
